Beginner’s Yoga
Join us in January 2026 for a step-by-step introduction to hatha yoga and an exploration of other styles offered at the studio.
Taught by all three of our teacher-members—Meghan, Emilia, and Elin—each student will receive ample one-on-one attention and benefit from our combined expertise in personal training, fascia, anatomy, asana, and yoga philosophy.
The shapes of each pose will be explored in their different configurations—standing, sitting, inverted, supine—with a focus on form, function, and their context within the framework of yoga’s traditional roots. The generous use of props allows everyone to find depth and integrity in each pose no matter your flexibility or fitness background.
